Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager...
In this role, you will:
  • Act as a top subject matter expert to lead digital products, initiatives, for datacenter management within the digital environment with enterprise impact, high risk and/or with significant scope, cost, and benefits
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events
  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas - embraces change and welcome open and frequent communication
Datacenter Management Product Owner - Physical Hosting Target Sites
Key Responsibilities:
  • Owns, refines, and prioritizes product backlog based on customers, OKRs and business value
  • Own P&L for product Area, managing volume drivers and unit costs for a transparent TCO view
  • Interacts with customers and coordinates to manage dependencies and clear impediments
  • Decide scale and SLAs across delivery teams, operations and engineering
  • Contributes to product vision and backlog.
  • Partners with consumer product owners to develop agile product epics and stories supporting an enterprise datacenter organization
  • Represent the company externally in industry datacenter and trade and technical events
Required Qualifications:
  • 10 years of digital product management experience in managing, operating and providing solutions in a datacenter organization for an enterprise level organization, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Domain expertise of IT platforms (Compute/Storage/Mainframe), datacenter design and capacity planning regards.
  • Working knowledge of P&L management datacenter cost drivers, and financial analysis
  • Understanding and knowledge of various internal roles (both business and technology) and how they interact with their product
  • Experience participating in teams in an agile setting
  • Experience in backlog development (e.g., prioritization and grooming, writing stories)
  • Onsite 3 days a week for interaction with delivery teams and other product owners, in person attendance of all agile ceremony events.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5 years of managing a IT infrastructure P&L, with demonstrated examples of total cost of ownership analysis, unit costing and business case development.
  • Datacenter migration experience in evaluating timeline, financial and operational risks associated with a large scale datacenter migration.
  • Experience in construction, development, and IT fit out of an enterprise datacenter
  • Experience participating in teams in an agile setting
  • Experience in backlog development (e.g., prioritization and grooming, writing stories)
Pay Range:
NY - New York Pay range - $144,400.00 - $300,000.00 USD Annual
