In this role, you will:
  • Own the end-to-end activities driving the daily operations in oCIO. This role will collaborate across the oCIO senior leadership to develop and execute:
  • Partner with Business Service Leads & Finance to co-ordinate budget & forecast activities
  • Partner with the CT horizontal workforce function to track and understand impacts of changes in headcount performance & decisions.
  • Set a consistent Financial Review process with peers and partners to assemble a "top of the house" view of all dimensions of performance.
  • Maintain and manage an operationally focused set of Risks and Opportunities
  • Develop and operate an CT specific business analysis process and stakeholder reviews
  • Develop and own the process for reviewing and approving non-personnel expenses before submission for CIO approval. Include partnering with offshore peers on the creation and execution of contracts.
  • Partner with CT central portfolio lead to set, track and reporting on economic impacts to the change-the-bank portfolio.
  • Own the identification, tracking and completion of Expense Initiatives including coordinating ideation, plan formulation linked to HR business cases, where applicable.
  • Manage functional metrics including definition, reporting and remediation.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 15 years of technology business operations experience
  • Process management experience (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma or others)
  • Familiarity with business operations tools in an agile environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced level leadership, communication, relationship building, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
Pay Range
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
