In this role, you will:
Receive content and design/format with direction from peers and managers for business forms and documents
Work with internal partners to understand brand/design standards
Collaborate with peers on new and existing design or accessibility standards and technology
Utilize company brand and quality standards
Work with peers and leaders on development ideas and products
Collaborate with peers, direct managers and other departments to develop Brand- and ADA-compliant forms and documents
Required Qualifications, US:
6 months of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with paper design and construction (primarily roll product and cutsheet equivalent)
Experience with envelope design and construction
Adobe Experience Management (AEM) expertise
Understanding of readability and usability standards in relation to forms design.
Experience with statement printing and rendering processes
Ability to manage multiple projects with challenging deadlines
Research skills and ability to present data and solutions.
Ability to take documentation and apply to forms
Proofreading, design and documentation

Forms Management is seeking a Content Design Associate to support the creation of roll product, cut sheet, and envelopes utilized with statement mailings for various lines of business throughout Wells Fargo. Designer must be knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of paper and envelope construction types. Knowledge of form design elements and ability to incorporate design and Brand guidelines is required. Work as part of a team to manage forms in support of major initiatives.
