About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Associate as part of the Wholesale Lending Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Work with various teams to ensure homebuilder collateral releases are obtained and submitted for execution within established SLA's while also ensuring release requirements and related system updates are met.
• Provide assistance to Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialists, as applicable, in updating and monitoring homebuilder loans and collateral.
• Additional projects or tasks that may be needed to support the business or the individual's progression goals.
• Participate in or provide support for low to medium complexity loan administration initiatives within Transactions and Processing.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for loan transactions, which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables.
• Perform research and testing related to projects, such as industry studies and management reports.
• Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of Transactions and Processing, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues and stakeholder, including internal and external customers and across different teams as applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of Commercial Real Estate loan documentation and transactions.

• Ability to interpret and research loan origination, legal, or real estate documents.

• Exposure to Wells Fargo banking systems such as LAM and CCM.

• Knowledge and understanding of builder, construction, or renovations lending.

• Knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate operations.

• Commercial loan documentation, preparation, or review experience.

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
