Wells Fargo is Hiring a Business Product Liaison (Business Execution Associate) Near St. Louis, MO

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Product Liaison (Business Execution Associate) to join the Money Movement Product team within Wealth & Investment Management. This individual will support the WIM Money Movement products, processes, and systems and help advise leadership, participate in early opportunity discovery and manage the user experience design to ensure solutions meet business goals.
In this role, you will...
  • Support the Product Manager in consolidating and organizing the details of Money Movement Transactions across the Brokerage, Private Banking and Trust businesses through the development of an enhanced automated system
  • Act as a liaison between client area and technical organization for WIM Money Movement product through analysis of complex business problems
  • Participate in product early discovery process to refine needs on behalf of the business stakeholders
  • Document discovery findings and propose next steps based on your analysis
  • Participate in user centric design decisions, ensuring solutions support the business needs and are intuitive to use
  • Organize and facilitate calls with design specialists and business users, managing competing priorities to keep product delivery on track
  • Get to know the role of the end users. Participate in different forums, calls to understand their challenges to ensure the product better serves their needs
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Initiate, build, and sustain productive relationships. Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6 months experience defining solution delivery and presenting findings to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Experience identifying solutions that address root causes of issues impacting the application or user experience
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelines
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse functional groups (i.e., business and technology)
  • 6 months experience gathering and documenting business requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
  • Experience with Brokerage, Banking and/or Trust Money Movement systems or processes
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
