About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join Wells Fargo Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) Deposit Legal Services (DLS) Learning Team within Retail Core Operations (RCO). In this role, you will:- Own the process to complete all procedure updates for high priority projects including critical compliance and process optimization initiatives, such as SHRPs, MRAs, RCSA / EBCE, etc.
- Become the subject matter professional and make edits and recommendations as deemed necessary, as put forth by the scope of the project. This includes working with others in LOB to identify and resolve process gaps, provide input and suggestions based on observations
- Present solutions and recommendations for resolving moderately complex to complex problems
- Participate in conversations in establishing documentation guidelines, flows, and procedure audits
- Create, edit, and format to brand standards, both in templates and tone / voice
- Review and edit material authored by others
- Participate in conversations establishing documentation guidelines
- Review regulatory alerts and business operations procedure changes to proactively identify required updates
- Research, review, and translate technical and legal information
- Partner with Operations Procedure Excellence (OPE) team for publishing of Open Text formal procedures
- Assist other team members as deemed necessary based on workload
Required Qualifications, US:- 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6 months of Procedure Writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Technical Writing experience, preferably in the banking industry
- Experience with high-value, critical procedure writing
- Experience with frequent priority changes and short deadlines
- Wells Fargo Brand familiarity for formatting, tone, and voice
- Ability to assess current documentation and make recommendations for efficiency
- Ability to contribute to strategy discussions related to procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
