About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) to support the execution of critical readiness programs and events, which include planning milestones and managing logistics to ensure on time execution, primarily supporting the Branch Banking Leadership Institute (BBLI). In this role, you will:- Plan and coordinate all logistics for BBLI events, virtual and in person.
- Conduct milestone planning, tracking, and follow up.
- Schedule meetings, plan agendas, take notes.
- Collaborate with partners and lines of business, prior, during, and after initiative implementation.
- Determine appropriate legal, risk, and compliance reviewers based upon content, which could include multiple lines of business and CAR (i.e. Deposits, Credit Card, and Branch Banking).
- Ensure all required documents are sent to required approvers, feedback is gained, and documentation is stored using appropriate system, including Strongbox.
Required Qualifications, US:- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:- Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes.
- Ability to write concisely and clearly.
- 2 years of SharePoint administration experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
