About this role:
Loudspeaker, a powerful company-wide feedback channel that provides all Wells Fargo employees the opportunity to amplify their voices, completed the launch to all employees in November 2021. Loudspeaker provides every employee the opportunity to share suggestions to improve our customer or employee experience, uncover opportunities to grow revenue, reduce expenses, improve efficiencies, and help make Wells Fargo great.
Loudspeaker is looking for an Analytics and Reporting Leader, with practical experience integrating analytics across leadership and operational activities. This leader will play a critical role in driving the overall application, reporting and analytics strategy, vision, and execution for Loudspeaker in partnership with the Loudspeaker Program Leader and Loudspeaker LOB Leaders, with a focus on optimizing insights, information delivery and operational processes.
The Loudspeaker Analytics and Reporting Leader will have a dual reporting relationship to the Head of Loudspeaker and to the Head of Conduct Analytics & Reporting.
This leader will be responsible for...
  • Building out a team of highly skilled product, analytics, and reporting consultants.
  • Developing and implementing Loudspeakers product, analytics and reporting roadmap and operational routines.
  • Driving the creation and delivery of leadership and operational (LOB) reporting, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics techniques to identify/predict emerging themes and trends, as well as to automate operational routines where possible.
  • Collaborating with program (enterprise and LOB) leaders to identify, prioritize and implement Loudspeaker application, analytics, and reporting enhancements.
  • Supporting Loudspeaker and LOB leader inquiries through data exploration and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Establishing controls, procedures, and operating models to ensure well-documented and high-quality products are delivered to our partners.
  • Advising and influencing leadership on methods, capabilities, limitations, and technical needs.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 8 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4 years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with employee listening activities, including continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience building and managing an analytical function, preferably at a large financial institution.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration, coordination, influencing, and matrix management skills.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Strong people leadership experience.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to understand risks and integration/interdependency of risks.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage change.
  • Proven experience delivering dashboard and reporting solutions.
  • Builds strong relationships and promotes alignment and coordinates priorities.
Pay Range
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
