Job Summary:

At Wellnest Fertility, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our patients through their fertility journey with empathy, expertise, and personalized care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll be at the forefront of providing comprehensive fertility care services to individuals and couples seeking assistance in building their families. Your deep understanding of reproductive health, coupled with your compassionate approach, will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and consultations, providing personalized guidance on fertility treatment options and family planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical history and reproductive health goals, utilizing cutting-edge fertility treatments such as IVF and IUI.
• Educate and support patients throughout their fertility journey, offering counseling, emotional support, and guidance on lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for every patient.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in reproductive healthcare delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women's Health, Adult-Gerontology, or Family Health.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Utah.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in fertility clinics or women's health settings.
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems and excellent communication skills.
