**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of compliance within the organization and ensure adherence to legal standards and in-house policies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on compliance issues
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with departments to address compliance-related concerns
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Train employees on compliance matters
- Handle investigations related to compliance violations
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Proven experience as a Compliance Director or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements and controls
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
