Required education and certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
  • Any sales or business development certification is a plus but not required

Required Experience and Skills

  • 2 years of remote B2C sales experience is required
  • Successful track record and achievements in sales
  • ADU, Residential Construction, Real Estate or Property Management sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent proficiency in phone calling. “Radio voice”
  • Excellent time management skills and “urgent mentality”, with the ability to contact inbound leads within 15-min after the form submission
  • Understanding of the ADU construction process and material types is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM, Dialpad and other sales and AI software

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas/targets set by the company (10-15 closed deals per month)
  • Contact inbound leads through “warm” phone and video calling, email outreach, and text messaging (100 leads per month) and follow up in a timely manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Submit regular sales reports to the management team, providing insights on progress and performance

Sales Targets, KPIs

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas/targets set by the company (8-12 closed deals per month)
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to sales activities (Contact inbound leads urgently, preferably within 15 min - 1 hour)
  • Achieve a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed contract (10-15% )

Required hard and technical skills:

  • Has a clean, crisp, “radio” voice, without strong accent
  • Knowledge/experience with Residential Construction and ADUs is preferred
  • Minimum understanding of the construction process and material types is required
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and other sales tools and software (HubSpot, Dialpad)
  • Understanding of sales processes
