Sales Representative

Wellgistics, a 50-state licensed wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical drug products, is looking for experienced sales representatives with a passion for sales. Wellgistics stands apart from other companies in that we have exclusive products, exclusive opportunities and the best-in-marketing pricing on many of the drug products sold. Our focus is independent pharmacies (mom and pop pharmacies) where relationships are built and can last for years to come. With 22-23,000 different independent pharmacies, 10,000 physician dispensers and multiple other avenues for sales, leads are endless.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of client, their geographic location and their type of business.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing clients and grouping of data made available to all team members.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of industry sales experience or related field
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
