The role you’ll contribute:
AdventHealth Senior Care is looking for a Training Manager will have oversight and management of the training analysts and activation support team and will ensure the development and implementation of effective training plans for assigned projects. The Training Manager will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to support training of quality initiatives for the organization. They will also collaborate with the training delivery manager for the region as well as medical group leadership to identify, assess, prioritize, and address training and development needs among practice end users. The Manager will maintain objectivity by assessing and prioritizing training needs based on performance and compliance in respect to training plan goals and targets. They will provide leadership and guidance to their team members to ensure standardized delivery among the medical group and Physician Enterprise.
The Manager will collaborate with the Physician Enterprise Practice Performance team to ensure that training content is developed and constantly refined to improve outcomes, and to ensure the training delivered supports the process improvement and optimization targets identified by the Practice Consultants and Executive Director. The Manager will need to build and maintain effective relationships with Senior Care customers as well as peers and other members of the Physician Enterprise Practice Performance team through collaboration with clinical, financial, operations, and access team representatives to ensure the designed training strategies and education programs support best practice work flows.
The Manager will maintain and display subject matter expertise in the Athena Collector and Clinicals applications, Cerner Ambulatory application, Epic and in-depth experience with helping offices achieve quality measures through strong leadership skills.
