We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us as a Clinic Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic operations and team efficiencies.

Position : Clinic Coordinator

Location : Well & You (In-Person)

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : Competitive salary based on experience $60,000.00-$75,000.00

Responsibilities :

• Uphold Well&You standards of high-quality patient care in conjunction with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of team member well-being and ensure resources are available to support the delivery of high-quality care.
• Work towards increasing patient throughput while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting procedures and workflows as needed.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with staff and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Manage clinic throughput by efficiently handling patient check-ins, rooming, and check-outs.
• Serve as the manager of clinical aspects within the W&Y clinic, addressing scheduling issues with the Director of Operations and Clinical Services Director.
• Evaluate current processes and workflows for necessary improvements.
• Create new workflows or adjust existing ones based on staff and patient volumes.
• Calculate quarterly averages for appointment times, procedure times, ultrasound scan times, and patient wait times.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee clinical inventory management.
• Maintain regular documentation, including education binders, charge sheets, RVT procedure logs, and ultrasound tech sheets.
• Ensure understanding of each role within the clinic and provide continued education on new topics / procedures introduced to Well&You staff.
• Ensure overall staff competence and comprehension of any new or existing knowledge surrounding procedures.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a healthcare coordination or management role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and workflows.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
