Assign Team Members daily duties and special projects.
Schedule Annual Cleanings of Residences throughout the year.
Make daily rounds to verify that Environmental Team Member is performing required duties using correct procedures.
Conduct periodic inspections, prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions needed.
Perform all Environmental Services Assistant duties.
Utilize Paycor for review of Team Members timecards for accuracy and to track attendance.
Assist Environmental Services Supervisor with interviewing and selection of new Environmental Services personnel.
Coach Environmental Services Assistants and recommend disciplinary action, when necessary, to the Environmental Services Supervisor.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Manage Environmental Services Department in absence of Supervisor.
Perform other related duties as directed by Environmental Services Supervisor, Director of Facilities Services or Executive Director.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of housekeeping practices/procedures/equipment and safety, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity, and basic computer skills.
