Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Assistant Supervisor Full-time
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Assign Team Members daily duties and special projects.
- Schedule Annual Cleanings of Residences throughout the year.
- Make daily rounds to verify that Environmental Team Member is performing required duties using correct procedures.
- Conduct periodic inspections, prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions needed.
- Perform all Environmental Services Assistant duties.
- Utilize Paycor for review of Team Members timecards for accuracy and to track attendance.
- Assist Environmental Services Supervisor with interviewing and selection of new Environmental Services personnel.
- Coach Environmental Services Assistants and recommend disciplinary action, when necessary, to the Environmental Services Supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Manage Environmental Services Department in absence of Supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as directed by Environmental Services Supervisor, Director of Facilities Services or Executive Director.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of housekeeping practices/procedures/equipment and safety, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity, and basic computer skills.
