Well Care Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Registered Nurse (RN) position to see patients in and around the South Mecklenburg and Union County, NC area. The Home Health Registered Nurse uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to all of our patients; keeping them Happy, Healthy and at Home. This position is primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes. Duties include but not limited to, assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing and evaluating patients according to the patient’s age and diagnosis.
