About Our Customer Support Role

Our ideal candidate is personable with excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, keeps our Customer Relations team informed, and has exceptional and consistent follow through. If you are looking for customer service, manufacturing, and/or oil and gas experience, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Relations team by addressing or routing inquiries accordingly
  • Monitor the watchlist for orders nearing completion and past scheduled ship dates; contact both domestic and international customers with shipping information and documents
  • Communicate updates to the Customer Relations team for order statuses; keep notes up to date for reference
  • Enter standard purchase orders into our ERP system

These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Teams; ability to learn the Welker ERP Software - Oracle JD Edwards

Full-time and part-time positions are available for this role. This is an in-office position, working Monday - Friday daytime hours with weekends off. Part time days and hours are flexible throughout the week based on the candidate's schedule. The starting salary is within the posted range and is determined by experience, potential, and education.
