We seek a dynamic team player poised to embrace the challenges of orchestrating our warehouse operations, where meticulous organization and unwavering commitment to time management are pivotal for success. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be entrusted with a multifaceted role involving efficient delivery management, meticulous warehouse organization, maintenance of an accurate tool inventory, basic repairs for our fleet and facilities, as well as fostering a positive work environment. This role not only presents an exceptional opportunity for skill development but also plays a crucial part in ensuring the triumphant execution of projects.

Warehouse Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify the operational readiness of tools before dispatch to job sites. Ensure tools sent back to warehouse are in good working condition with all parts and pieces
• Maintain a consistently neat and organized warehouse.
• Collaborate with the fab shop supervisor to coordinate deliveries and storage logistics.
• Ensure adequate stock of safety equipment and facilitate onboarding preparation for HR and new hires.
• Coordinate with the fleet manager to oversee repairs and basic servicing of vehicles and trailers.
• Manage the tool inventory list, incorporating both new and existing tools, along with a consumable inventory list.
• Collaborate with direct leader to establish and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Oversee the responsible disposal of scrap metal and reclaimed units.
• Assist in the upkeep of building maintenance.

Warehouse Coordinator Requirements:

• Proficient in operating a vehicle, including the attachment and driving of a trailer.
• Skilled in operating a forklift.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possession of forklift certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and materials.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina to perform duties in diverse environments.
