- Safety First - Every task you undertake embodies responsibility and safety awareness
- Welding Wizardry - Select and install the appropriate welding wire and gas blend
- Mastering the Blueprint - Interpret welding instructions and structural blueprints with precision
- Welding Symbols - Proficiently decode and comprehend welding symbols
- Quality Assurance - Verify both the quantity and quality of welded parts
- Precision in Action - Utilize a fuel gas hand torch for heat straightening
- Diverse Operations - Participate in cleaning, assembly, and straightening tasks as directed
- Machine Mastery - Configure and fine-tune welding equipment for optimal
- performance
- Embrace Variety - Be involved in various welding methods including GMAW, Flux, Sub Arc, etc.
- Upholding Quality Standards - Maintain adherence to all quality policies, specifications, and instructions.
What We Expect Of You - A minimum of two (2) years of welding experience.
- Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to Heavy Manufacturing in a Job Shop environment.
