**Job Summary:**
Weldall Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience operating overhead cranes, possess basic blueprint reading skills, and demonstrate above-average rigging skills.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Overhead Crane Operator.
- Basic blueprint reading skills.
- Above-average rigging skills.
- Experience moving large structures over 50 tons.
- Excellent safety record.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in math.
- Safety-driven mindset.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate 10, 20 & 100 ton overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Analyze and develop lift plans as required.
- Determine appropriate lifting devices and rigging for lifts.
- Collaborate with team members to position weldments effectively.
- Flip and rotate weldments as needed.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Ensure availability for work consistently.
**Physical Demands:**
The role may involve the movement or transfer of products using an overhead crane, forklift, or stand-up equipment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and reaching. Good vision capabilities, including close vision, distance vision, and color vision, are essential for the job.
