Welcome Homecare is seeking PRN Home Health Physical Therapy Assistants to assist our patients in the Waynesboro, Afton and Rockingham areas of Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure understanding of treatment plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Virginia License required.
One year of Home Health experience preferred.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Able to work in the community, drive and meet patients in their home.
