Welcome Homecare is currently seeking a Community Liaison to assist our office in Charlottesville VA.
The Community Liaison educates our community about our services and programs, builds relationships with accounts for home health referrals and generates revenue, and maintains a positive presence in the community.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
· Maintain a current log of all referrals, admissions, non-admits hospitalized patients, and patient insurance. A copy of log will be submitted to the office for payroll and administrative purposes.
· Identify 3-5 new sources to educate on Welcome’s services and specialty programs each month.
· Make appropriate number of calls on prospects verses customers.
· Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts.
