Welcome Back Home Care is Hiring a Home Health Agency/Registry Scheduler Near Springs, FL

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Schedule Coordinator for our Home Health Aide Registry. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office. It's crucial to note that ONLY applicants with a minimum of TWO YEARS of previous Scheduling and Case Coordinating experience for a health care agency or registry will be considered. Experience with ClearCare (WellSky) software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the scheduling system for home health aides, ensuring proper coverage for clients' needs.
  • Monitor and update the database with accurate client information, scheduling details, and caregiver assignments.
  • Recruit and screen applicants for home health aide positions.
  • Assist in conducting orientations for newly hired home health aides, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of home health aide certifications, licenses, and other required documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any scheduling-related issues that may arise.
  • Uphold privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling sensitive client and employee information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in home health care agencies is required.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or scheduling coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a Level 2 background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.83 - $21.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
