Summary:

Mega Thrift is seekingfor an accountable Assistant Store Manager to assist our Store Manageraccurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies andprocedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achievingour customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Assisting the Store Manager in all departmentsincluding warehouse, Sales Floor, Fitting Rooms, and Cashier Staff.
• Opening and/or closing store.
• Managing fitting rooms.
• Hanging/placing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Store promotions.

Requirements:

• Experience with visual merchandising is a must
• Availability to work evenings up until 11 PM as well as availability on weekends
• Supervisory experience
• Previous retail clothing experience
• Cash handling experience
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Will push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
• 18 years' of age
• GED or equivalent tohigh school graduate
