Who are we looking for? 

The Showing Assistant is passionate about working with customers to achieve a common goal. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for assisting in prospecting, helping to convert buyers to customers, finding and locating properties based on a wants and needs list, and preparing all required documents to contract on the property.

This individual will work to help maintain and build a sales pipeline for their senior agent. They will set buyer consultations and appointments for their Senior agent to help meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant distractions that happen in the workplace to continue to stay on track for the month/quarter/year. 

This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being an additional contact for Senior agents' customer base, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances. 

The Showing Assistant activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team. 

Responsibilities
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
  • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service

  • Prospect for new leads
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
