Job Description:
Are you a motivated and driven individual with a passion for real estate? If so, we want to hear from you! Welch Team Keller Williams Atlantic Partners is looking for a motivated Realtor to join our dynamic team.

As a Realtor with us, you will be responsible for helping customers navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying real estate experience.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Prospect for, follow up with, and service customers. (minimum 2 hours per day)
  • Maintain effective conversion rates for leads into appointments
  • Convert appointments into customers
  • Participate in all Welch Team training and events.
  • Coordinates with the Transaction Agent to ensure a seamless closing process.
  • Effectively negotiate for all customers
  • Participate in at least two Open Houses per month.
  • Report to Manager at Quarterly Reviews
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics
  • Prospect for new customers, cultivate customer relationships, set customer appointments and manage leads within our contact management system.
  • Use CRM to assign action plans, drip campaigns and detailed notes to customers
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
  • Continuously attend education events to increase knowledge

  • Market Knowledge: Understanding local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions helps realtors guide clients with informed decisions.

  • Problem-Solving: Real estate transactions often involve challenges; the ability to find creative solutions is a valuable skill for realtors.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise attention to contracts, legal documents, and property details is essential to avoid errors and protect clients' interests.
  • Time Management: Balancing multiple clients and tasks requires effective time management to ensure timely and thorough service.
