The Commercial Showing Assistant is passionate about working with customers to achieve a common goal. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for assisting in prospecting, helping to convert buyers to customers, finding and locating properties based on a wants and needs list, preparing all required documents to contract on property.
This individual will work to help maintain and build a sales pipeline for their lead agent. They will set buyer consultations and appointments for their lead agent to help meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant distractions that happen in the workplace to continue to stay on track for the month/quarter/year.
This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being an additional contact for their lead agent customer base, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.
