• Manage the front-end coordination of financial element of the deals from initial estimation to final closure
• Provide financial and strategic support for all projects and jobs in the division
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning and actual finances for the division
• Lead budget improvement process
• Work with financial planning, accounting, AR and AP teams to manage the divisions accounting accuracy
• Lead financial impact analysis of each project from initial estimation, to percentage completion and final closure with updates to revenue, margins and Balance sheet areas
• Support development of deals and strategies for the portfolio
• Manage all bookings, invoicing, PO management, expense management and accounting
• Drive reporting and analysis of the division

• Accruals
• Time entry review and commissions accruals
• Settling projects to cost centers
• Cross charging and billing the costs out to the business units
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts

• Forecast for cost centers and projects
• Project Management and Financial Management for accurate expenses and margins

• BS in Accounting; Finance; or related technical discipline
• 7-10 years of financial planning and analysis experience; working knowledge of Projects, intercompany and Consolidation processes is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership in driving change and adoption on enterprise initiatives (e.g.; systems Integration or outsourcing)
• Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools
• Advanced excel experience to develop financial and operating models
• Experience in redesigning and streamlining management reporting processes.
