We are recruiting for a full time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled Rehabilitation team in Sewell, New Jersey! This position is 40 hours per week, and is eligible for our full benefits package!

As a member of our pediatric rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for:

  • The Speech Therapist is an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Administers appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21.
  • Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
  • Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines.
  • Plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through oral motor therapy techniques, sensory feedback, interactive talk and play activities, and emotional-cognitive development.

The ideal SLP candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • MA/MS in Speech Language Pathology
  • NJ licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology
  • Specialized training or experience in the evaluation/treatment of pediatric dysphagia preferred (but not required).
  • 1-2 years of professional Pediatric experience (post graduate school)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a team member
