Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and responding to any security incidents or emergencies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities or potential threats
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance, and take appropriate action as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents, including written reports and incident documentation
- Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with any security-related inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve security issues or incidents

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Previous experience in law enforcement or a related field is a plus

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
