We have a Front Desk Representative/Emergency Maintenance Operator opportunity available for a responsible customer service professional with exceptional phone skills and a knack for high quality interactions. In this role you get to help residents at our 2000 Riverside midrise in Richmond, VA, answer company-wide emergency maintenance phone calls, and dispatch maintenance technicians appropriately using software.

This position is full time, 40 hours per week.

Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12am

Requirements:

• Some call center experience is helpful and preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with 2-3 year of solid customer service or sales experience.
• Interest in the property management industry! 
• Excellent communications skills are necessary. 
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly are necessary.
