Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates.

Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry.

CFC/EPA Certification to handle refrigerant and hands-on HVAC repair experience is a plus, but not required for this position if you are willing to train and work towards certification.

Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
