- Operate a forklift and other product moving equipment safely.
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Picking, inbound & outbound shipments.
- Organizing work in storage facilities for easy access.
- Inspect products for defects and damage and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Gather and prepare orders to be shipped out.
- Pull Machines needed for set-up department.
- Observe all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
- Periodic cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy, responsible for inventory control.
- Utilizing computer system to log activities and maintain proper inventory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain Forklift Operator certification
- Careful attention to detail; careful attention to numbers
- Basic math skills are required
- Proficient with standard desktop software
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and follow written and verbal instructions
- Performs well in a fast-paced environment and is able to move quicky from job to job
- Perform job duties in severe weather conditions: heat, cold, rain, etc.
