As our weight loss center grows our team must grow along with it. We are looking to add 1 health coach/weight loss coach & a sales star to join our team immediately.

We are seeking a reliable, professional, energetic, positive individual who always has a customer service-first attitude while working directly with clients.

The applicant MUST have a passion for health and wellness and ideally live a healthy lifestyle.

The position WILL REQUIRE the following skills:

* Handling patient phone calls to help them during the program.

* Coaching clients in person when getting started on the program.

* MUST have a sales background and be comfortable in that role.

* Must have some experience working directly with people in either health and wellness or a similar field.

* The ideal candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior customer service, be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a positive team player attitude.

* Candidate must be reliable, able to multi-task, have good computer skills, strong phone and customer service skills, be able to guide/lead the conversation, and work ethically and independently.

Hours:

* 40 Hours per week on site.

* M-TH 9:00am - 6:00pm & Friday 8am-Noon

* Job Type: Full-time

Salary/Hourly: Starting $25 - $30/hr based on qualifications. Bonuses paid on performance. We reward employees generously who excel at their positions!!
