The VP we are looking for must have extensive knowledge and experience concerning all aspects of commercial property management for office buildings, retail centers, mixed use, and industrial properties. They must be highly motivated and self-directed. This leader will be responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic vision for the commercial management and facility services departments, as well as creating Regional and District portfolio strategic plans and property level strategic plans. The VP will be responsible for creating and implementing plans for new business development to acquire new property management, facility management and leasing accounts. They will seek to develop and nurture healthy business relationships with clients. They must lead and manage the commercial and facility departments employees by coaching and mentoring, and by communicating and instilling the vision, mission, and values of the company.
