We are looking to add a Maintenance Repairer with our Residential team at Maple Ridge Apartments, located in Wichita, KS. Performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio. Responsible for maintaining in cleaned and repaired condition the property interiors, exteriors, and site using materials and equipment and following manufacturer's directions for same. Continually strives to increase his/her working knowledge of the property.
