As our Maintenance Planner is responsible to plan and schedule maintenance activities throughout the facility. They will create and assign work orders for maintenance tasks and ensure the right resources are available. In addition the Maintenance Planner will establish strong relationships between key functions in the organization and reduce maintenance cost, minimize maintenance backlog, extend asset life, and increase output. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive effective maintenance planning and execution.
  • Plan, schedule, and budget for work across facilities and departments.
  • Maintain maintenance logs for all equipment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and operations to develop and audit Preventative/Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Manage Inventory and Vendor Relationships.
  • Monitor parts inventory of all necessary repair parts.
  • Order parts to according to lead-times.
  • Provide repair and maintenance budget oversight.
• Champion Continuous Improvement.
  • Assist department leadership in the development, assessment, acquisition, and implementation of new methods and equipment.
  • Maintain working knowledge of new developments in equipment and machinery.
  • Continue to acquire technical training regarding equipment, utilities, and electrical automated controls.
