Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's mass tort, asbestos and class action law firm seeks a legal writing/brief preparation associate attorney to join the asbestos litigation department of their NYC office.

Great opportunity to work on interesting, timely and newsworthy litigation. Position involves legal motion preparation, brief writing, jury instruction writing.

IT IS NOT A LITIGATION AND/OR TRIAL ATTORNEY ROLE

Candidates must have very strong legal writing skills, prior legal writing/brief prep experience either as an appellate law clerk or at firm. Law Review experience a HUGE plus, while at law school.
