As a Warehouse & Yard Operations - Reman Associate - will execute operations stocking & preparing orders of building materials for distribution to a network of customers. Customer service, team-oriented focus is of utmost importance. Your work environment will consist of inside, and outside, processing orders using various cutting equipment, returning raw materials to stock and general housekeeping. This position requires well-defined detailed work, while producing repeatable and consistently accurate results. An ideal candidate will prefer a steady work style and enjoy executing clear objectives in a team focused environment.

Warehouse & Yard Operations - Reman Associate Responsibilities:

• Efficiently & accurately organize building materials using a variety of equipment.
• Follow daily operations schedule, with an ability to adjust to other duties as assigned.
• Focus on working safely within a stable, secure team environment.
• Return raw materials to stock and general housekeeping.
• Decision making within clear guidelines & with support of the fellow team lead and management.
• Management will provide support & encouragement when job requires work to be completed under time pressures or in changing situations.
• Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in quality of the work.
• Ability to analyze and problem solve.

Requirements

• Forklift experience preferred in many of the tasks. Will train the right candidate.
• Follow safety expectations set by company safety policies.
• Regular, reliable, dependable attendance.
• Able to lift 40-80 pounds throughout the workday.
• Cooperative & agreeable listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful.
• Ability to work independently while supporting exceptional teamwork of a larger work group.
• Flexibility to work overtime hours as needed.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Salary - $20.00 - $22.00 /hour - Based on experience.
