FOREMEN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform, Coordinate, and oversee the work of crew members.

- Train staff, ensure performance quality, and follow accordingly Job site schedules.
- Assist employees in proper landscape methods and procedures, providing corrections as needed.
- Inspect work being performed meets or exceeds quality completion requirements, and grounds goals are met.
- Lift 80lb bags of landscape materials.
- Report conditions and correct where necessary.
- Ability to use and operate Landscape/mowing/maintenance equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery. Follow procedures to keep tools clean and in good working condition.
- Must have experience with operation of trucks, machinery and power grounds equipment.
- Regular communication with your Department Manager, updating job status progress.
- In charge of safety enforcement and company policy compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
