Full Time
Work Hours Or Shift : 7 : 00am start work until daily assigned production is completed, Monday through Friday and / or Saturday hours.
Pay :
With Pesticide License : $20-$32 production pay with opportunity for commission pay from sales
Job Duties :
Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to : fertilizer, weed control, grub control, etc.
Provide lawn analysis quotes to potential clients.
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a client’s lawn.
Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment.
Door to door canvassing (generates sales leads during Winter)
Generate new leads and sales of new prospective clients and also by getting add-ons for existing clients.
High school diploma
Get and maintain Pesticide license
A minimum of 6 months of client service or / and general labor experience
Able to work long hours during peak production times Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed
Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Able to work under minimum supervision
Must pass background check
Work Conditions :
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requires good manual dexterity
Excellent stamina is required
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
Work hour’s 7 : 00am start work until daily assigned production is completed Monday through Friday and / or Saturday hours.
One 30-minute meal break for 6 hours worked and one ten-minute break in the morning and one ten-minute break in the afternoon during a work shift of at least eight hours.
