Job Overview;

As a Field Sales Representative you will play an important role in the success of our company. You will be responsible for marketing our services to homeowners in select neighborhoods by providing on the spot price quotes and expertise. You will be responsible for hitting daily expectations and targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a daily marketing route to maximize opportunities for success.

• Hit daily targets and objectives for doors knocked, prospects spoken to and sales generated

• Foster a positive team environment that is built on culture, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Coach, Train and Mentor fellow team members to maximize results and revenue generation. (Leadership opportunity available)

• High Self accountability as it pertains to attendance, time management and overall job performance

Qualifications:

• Experience in Door to Door Sales (Preferred)

• Ability to work independently or as a 2 person team

• Excellent communication skills

• Good motivational skills

• Results oriented mindset

• Track record of driving sales performance and exceeding targets

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities

• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• On-the-job paid initial training

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 plus commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday

• Alsip, IL : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
