Job description: 

We're seeking candidates with a background in operating heavy machinery, specifically excavators and skid steers, for daily job site operations. Responsibilities include completing grading, land clearing, and forestry mulching tasks.

Requirements: 

• Excavator and/or Skid Steer Experience: Candidates should have prior experience operating excavators and/or skid steers, including familiarity with controls, safety procedures, and basic maintenance a plus. 

• Grading Experience: Desired experience in grading, involving leveling or shaping the ground to a desired slope or elevation, potentially including the use of grading attachments on excavators or skid steers.

• Forestry Mulching : preferred experience in forestry mulching, which entails using specialized equipment to clear land by mulching trees, brush, and vegetation. 

• Adaptability to Weather Conditions: Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions for extended periods, typically 8-10 hours per day.

• Flexible Schedule: Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule as job sites may vary, and work hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the job to be completed.

Qualifications: 

• Class A CDL required. 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanically inclined.

Full Time / Days / Regional job locations 

$20.00 to $25.00 an hour based on experience.
