Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young children. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote child welfare and encourage learning in areas such as literacy education, early childhood education, and social-emotional development.

- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.

- Effectively communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.

- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a structured and organized learning environment through effective classroom management techniques.

- Provide individualized attention to students to support their unique needs and learning styles.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum development strategies that align with educational goals.

- Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with preschool-age students in a daycare or educational setting.

- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and student participation.

- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment.

- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
