Job Description:

The Vehicle Cleaning Associate will report to the Vehicle Cleaning Supervisor and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our fleets. The ideal candidate will have experience, great physical endurance, and a keen eye for detail and diligence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Comply with all WeDriveU rules, regulations, and safety policies.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles by washing, polishing, buffing, cleaning, and vacuuming vehicles to our company standards, using approved cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure that they are clean (windows, seating, lighting, floors, rest rooms and undercarriage luggage compartments, if applicable)
• Debug and remove tar from exterior of vehicle as needed.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment, in clean and working order
• Check for vehicle damage and report to supervisor.
• Restock supplies on over the road vehicles as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions Promote safe practices and safety programs.
• Report safety hazards and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members on and off site.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:

• Flexible schedule to work outside of regular days and shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift more than 30 pounds.

Education and Qualifications:

Hard requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
