WeCare at Loyalsock is actively seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator for community. Our Staffing Coordinator is a dedicated and organized individual.

Job Description:

• Tracks and verifies all employee hours, overtime, and call outs daily.

• Ability to rearrange staff schedule.

• Manage the facility labor management process.

• Reviews and tracks requests for time off.

• Coordinates scheduling changes with management.

• Serves as a liaison with staff.

• Responds to emergency situations and calls offs to ensure coverage.

• Reconciles nursing timecard daily.

Shift:

Full – Time

Candidate Qualifications:

• Long term care experience.

• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
