Join the dynamic team at Webstore Group as a Warehouse Return Associate, processing returns from customers and ensuring that returned items are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to product satisfaction.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive returned items and inspect them for damage or defects
• Determine the reason for the return and enter relevant information into the system
• Sort and categorize returned items for restocking, repair, resold or disposal
• Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and inventory management, to resolve return-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of returned items and update inventory accordingly
• Keep returns area neat and organized
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good writing and computer skills
• Previous experience in a warehouse preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
• Flexible and able to multi-task on several different aspects of a project, or on multiple projects
• Requires physical exertion - walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing - must be able to lift 70lbs. minimum
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
