About Webster Fulfillment: We are a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that supports e-Commerce retailers (online based stores) to meet their shipping demands. We are currently seeking a full-time shipping associate who is responsible for gathering orders and preparing items for shipment to customers nationwide.

A day in the life:

• Packing and shipping orders to customers nationwide on behalf of e-Commerce clients.

• Ensuring that inventory is well-organized and maintained while picking orders.

• Assisting in finding missing items as well as placing items back into inventory

• Examining and inspecting products for defects and damages.

• Actively participating and contributing ideas on ways to improve and/or optimize facility procedures.

Skills:

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to work within a team to achieve common goals and work on your own with minimal supervision.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

• Great accuracy and attention to detail.

Good to know:

• Pay is biweekly; every other Friday.

• Wear what you feel comfortable in, closed toe closed heel shoes are required.

• SHIFT: M-F 8am-5pm. Part time hours are welcome!

• We are able to work around your schedule and needs.

What to expect:
