As a Scrum Master in our Business Solutions division (CIO's Org), you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to enhance the delivery of technology solutions. You will facilitate the Agile process and serve as a servant leader, guiding our development teams through the entire software development lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on enabling teams to achieve their highest potential by promoting self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
