Senior Success Factors Consultant (Employee Central Module expertise)

Initial Phase 6-8 weeks then will be extended.

• 7 years of proven experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including configuration, upgrades and new implementations from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module, (PCC module s including configuration, data modeling, and integration capabilities.
• Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients Employee Central functions
  Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Employee Central instances andensure that all integrated platforms work together seamlessly

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in HR process design and optimization
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is highly desirable.
• experience working with SuccessFactors APIs to drive seamless integrations between applications
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors EC module to align with the organization's HR policies, processes, and requirements. This includes defining employee data fields, workflows, organizational structures, and other relevant configurations.
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors EC with other HR systems and applications, such as payroll, talent management, and time tracking systems.
• Meet with key Stake holders to provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the Employee Central platform effectively.
• Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client

• Hands on experience integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP products and 3rd Party systems using tools like Process Integration (PI), ALE IDocs, Web services, SFTP and other tools.
